Antiguamente la uni\u00f3n entre carriles se\nllevaba a cabo mediante uniones atornilladas, utilizando bridas met\u00e1licas\ntaladradas que un\u00edan los carriles yuxtapuestos en sus extremos, pero con la\nintroducci\u00f3n de la <strong>aluminothermal welding<\/strong>, se pudo conseguir un camino de rodadura reduciendo, as\u00ed,\nlas discontinuidades en la v\u00eda ferroviaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog-napoleon-armengol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/soldadura-aluminotermica-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-393\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>aluminothermal welding<\/strong>\nes una tecnolog\u00eda muy polivalente y representa un elemento imprescindible, por\nejemplo, para el transporte ferroviario de alta velocidad o de alta capacidad\nde carga. La uni\u00f3n de perfiles pesados de acero a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>aluminothermal welding<\/strong> representa una\ngran soluci\u00f3n, porque consigue obtener la m\u00e1xima calidad en las uniones\nsoldadas y, en consecuencia, la m\u00e1xima seguridad y estabilidad en los acabados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se lleva a cabo\nla soldadura aluminot\u00e9rmica?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un proceso que debe realizarse siempre por un soldador\nprofesional, porque implica un procedimiento peligroso en el que se crean\nreacciones qu\u00edmicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lo\nprimero es la preparaci\u00f3n de los carriles; Retirar las piezas met\u00e1licas de la\nbrida, los tornillos, etc.<\/li><li>Instalaci\u00f3n\ndel molde; La <strong>aluminothermal welding<\/strong>\nviene en un molde con distintas piezas de ladrillo refractario de un solo uso y\ndeber\u00e1 encajar perfectamente en los carriles que deben unirse, con una\nseparaci\u00f3n de unos dos cent\u00edmetros. <\/li><li>Preparaci\u00f3n\ndel crisol; El crisol es un cilindro huevo que en su parte inferior termina en\nun cono, con un agujero por el cual sale el caldo directamente al molde. Al final se pondr\u00e1 una tapa\nencima y se instalar\u00e1 encima del molde.<\/li><li>El\ncuarto paso es el calentamiento, empleando un soplete para calentar el molde y\nlos carriles, evitando as\u00ed un choque t\u00e9rmico con el caldo de la soldadura.\nCuando est\u00e1 bien caliente se coloca el crisol encima del molde y se introduce\nuna bengala en el crisol para inflamar el reactivo y transformar el \u00f3xido\nf\u00e9rrico en acero, gracias al aluminio y la aportaci\u00f3n de carbono.<\/li><li>Despu\u00e9s,\nel caldo funde el tap\u00f3n del cono del crisol y provoca su precipitaci\u00f3n al\ninterior del molde. <\/li><li>Y\ndespu\u00e9s del proceso de vertido, el proceso acaba con el enfriamiento y el\nperfilado, que se produce una vez llenado el molde. Se retiran las mordazas que\nmanten\u00edan el molde y se acciona la cizalla para quitar el molde y el metal que\nsobra.
